Mr. Rosales is the Assistant Director of Operations, Student Living. He attended The University of Oklahoma where he earned a BA in International Area Studies with a concentration in Security Studies and a BA in German. With eight years of experience in multiple administrative and operational roles, he is passionate about creating environments where students feel supported, engaged, and positioned to succeed in their future endeavors. Mr. Rosales has help build HPPM's success in supporting strong pre-leasing performance, retention, leadership, and operational consistency.
