Mr. Rosales is the Director of Operations, Student Living. Beginning his career in property management as a leasing consultant, Mr. Rosales has multiple years of experience in administrative and operational roles. He is passionate about creating environments where students feel supported, engaged, and positioned to succeed in their future endeavors. Mr. Rosales has help build HPPM's success by focusing on strengthening leasing processes, improving team structure, reinforcing accountability on-site, and operational consistency. He attended The University of Oklahoma and earned a BA in International Area Studies with a concentration in Security Studies and a BA in German.
