Mr. Bond serve as the Assistant Director of Operations, Student Living where he draws on his technical management experience and military-honed leadership to support property teams, enhance operational standards, and drive consistent performance across a diverse portfolio. He began his career as a maintenance technician where he grew a strong technical foundation that has helped develop his leadership and operational skills. Mr. Bond has a BS in Architecture and currently serves in the military. He is focused on improving maintenance efficiency, resident satisfaction, team performance, and overall asset condition.
