We currently manage a growing portfolio of communities, supported by a team of over 300 associates. Our approach is hands-on, flexible, and focused on delivering value — not just for our partners, but for the residents and employees who make each property a community.
Our Roots
We operate independently, but we take pride in our roots. Hamilton Point Property Management is the wholly owned property management arm of Hamilton Point Investments, a national real estate investment firm with a reputation for excellence and a track record of over 150 property acquisitions.
Our connection allows us to move with purpose and precision, combining institutional-level support with the agility of an in-market operator. While our parent company focuses on acquisitions and fund performance, we focus on what happens on the ground: the people, the properties, and the day-to-day experiences that shape lives.
