Bill Williamson has over 24 years of property management experience in multi-family housing. Prior to joining HPPM, he was the Vice President of Operations/Facilities overseeing a portfolio of over 50 communities throughout Atlanta, Alabama, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He is passionate about optimizing operations, enhancing facilities, and coaching teams to drive success. He embraces challenges with strategic solutions and a touch of innovation. Bill attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he received a BS in Mass Communications and Business Management.
