Ms. Williams serves as the Director of Operations for the Student Living division of Hamilton Point Property Management. With over 13 years in the multifamily industry, her experience encompasses student, conventional, and affordable assets. Prior to joining Hamilton Point Investments, she facilitated client training partnerships at RealPage. Recognized for her entrepreneurial approach, Ms. Williams also led startup teams across the country in repositioning distressed assets during her time at Aspen Square. Ms. Williams graduated with honors from Meredith College, with majors in Chinese Studies and Political Science
