Ms. Skau is Vice President of Design at Hamilton Point Investments LLC. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from High Point University. With a background in the real estate industry and commercial interior design, Lindsay has led a wide range of design initiatives across various property types. Before joining HPI, she managed design projects through an independent firm, gaining experience she now applies to overseeing renovations for existing assets and new acquisitions. She also leads vendor relationships, asset rebranding efforts, and ensures consistency across all branded materials.
