Mrs. Simmons is the Special Projects Associate supporting all of HPPM's portfolio in multiple endeavors. With more than 21 years of experience in property management, she brings deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a passion for building thriving communities. She began her career as a leasing agent and has worked her through multiple roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day operations, resident relations, and team development. She attended the University of South Carolina with a major in Psychology. Go Gamecocks!
